You will be part of a specialist team, generating new business, leads and contributing to the ongoing marketing program. Initially a telephone based role, developing through a formal training scheme (that includes comprehensive e-learning and workshops) into sales, business development and pre sales where you will be communicating at all levels, from Managing Director to Warehouse Manager.
You will be used to competing and winning, with a professional and focused persona. If you have a strong work ethic and a real desire to succeed this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

A degree at 2:1+ or 6 months+ experience in business, sales and/or telemarketing is an advantage, as is the desire to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include the following:-
? Ultimately drive, build and take ownership of your own sales
? Build, manage and help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
? Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
? Generate leads, qualify, and manage leads into full business opportunities
? Ultimately present and demonstrate to prospective clients (after formal training)
? Understand the key business requirements
? Ultimately complete Invitation-To-Tender and Request-For-Information presentations (after formal training)
You will need the following:-
? IDEALLY you will have knowledge of business management software i.e. Accounting, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, CRM and/or ERP
? Confidence, ability and willing to learn to demonstrate business benefit and technical solution
? Able to understand and explain Return-On-Investment drivers
? Understand or have experience in the end-to-end sales cycle
? Experience in telemarketing, telesales or field sales
? Experience or exposure to a traditional marketing communications and/or a digital marketing environment
