Description of Role and Person
We seek a Sales Executive to work for a not for profit training provider, selling NVQ Training. The service you offer will be government funded and therefore free to employers and employees. You will be largely office based at first with possible progression into being field based or a mixture of the two. You will be calling new and existing clients explaining the benefits of work based NVQ Training. This role is Full time and permanent. The hours are Mon-Thurs 9:00am ? 5:00pm and Fri 9:00am ? 4:30pm

Job
? To sell the company services and products to all potential customers.
? To achieve individual annual sales targets set.
? To generate new business through effective sales activities to new and existing customers
Main Activities
? Gain new business through sales visits and appointments, presentations and telephone sales.
? Assist expansion of company database by passing on new leads for the prospect databases.
? Research effectively to gain an insight and knowledge of the region including competitors' activity.
? Implement the Regional Marketing Plan.
? Initiate and develop own sales leads.
? Follow up sales calls, maintain and develop prospects.
? Produce and present customer proposals and deliver presentations.
? Produce monthly sales and activity reports.
? Provide high levels of customer service.
? To attend events within the business community as appropriate.
? Liaise with and support the Delivery Team to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved at all times.
Requirements
? Experience within sales, possibly within recruitment.
? Current driving license is essential
? You will ideally have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Modern Apprenticeship programme
