Expedition Sales Executive

My client is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join their team as a School Programme Manager Team Leader. Working from and within the M1 ? M11 corridor in Hertfordshire, you will be managing school client relationships to ensure excellent customer service and to ensure that schools are aware of my client's unrivalled range of programmes geared towards the education and personal development of their students.
Maintaining a customer focus, you will be driving growth with existing and new schools in your area through the management and deployment of a team of part time School Programme Managers. You will also be managing your own portfolio of schools.
You can expect a high degree of autonomy in identifying and implementing ways to enhance our relationship with schools; and you will be delivering professional and well planned presentations and meetings to schools to highlight the inspirational use of outdoor education to facilitate teamwork and leadership skills for their students. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organised, and relishes the opportunity to employ an innovative approach to help maintain our position as market leader in an evolving industry.
Main responsibilities:
? Managing the entire repeat sales process with the school.
? Client Management ? resolving issues, conducting meetings and presenting to all key stakeholders.
? Remote management of a team of part time School Programme Managers in a geographic area to achieve specific objectives.
? Developing future business opportunities within current client schools.
? Ensuring relevant administration is updated and accurate.
Requirements of the potential candidate:
? IT Literate ? Excel, Word, Power Point.
? Knowledge of and an interest in the UK Education system and Outdoor Industry would be advantageous.
? Previous experience in managing a team of people to meet specific targets.
? 2/3 years experience within a customer focused, account management environment would be advantageous.
? Initiative ? self motivated, work independently and autonomously, flexible and adaptable.
? Self starter with a flair for customer relationship management and sales.
? Communication skills: verbal, written, presentation combined with the ability to persuade and influence others.
? Organisational skills ? ability to plan ahead for self and team, time management, prioritise and multi task.
Successful candidates will undergo CRB clearance.
Salary: 20,000 - 22,500 + benefits
