Researcher - Executive Search - Banking

Our client is an Executive Search Boutique who focus entirely on Investment Banking and Capital Markets recruitment at Director level and above, predominately on a retained basis.

The company is currently 15 strong and continually expanding due to outstanding performance and revenue generated.

The primary focus is Research driven headhunting on behalf of a very small number of top-tier US and European banks.

Researchers are encouraged to become consultants as quickly as possible, this progression must be driven by you as a hungry motivated intelligent business person.

Salary: £30-60K basic (depending on experience) + commission + Benefits (Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension)
