Recruitment Consultant - Temporary

My client was set up in 1998 as a recruitment company specialising solely in the placement of property and construction professionals. Since their formation, they have become one of the market leaders in this specialist consultancy field. Recently, they have added a commercial division to deal with the secretarial and support requirements from their established clients.

Due to long term plans for expansion they are looking for a temps consultant to join the team and deal with the temporary and contract requirements coming from existing clients. The new consultant will not be new business focussed, but will mainly be networking and developing business with current clients. They will enjoy numerous benefits, including an excellent commission structure paying up to 30%.

The successful applicant will be driven and motivated, and be excited by the idea of joining a comparatively new team. Polished and professional, they must have the desire to provide a quality-focused service. They will have prior recruitment experience with a proven track record, in any sector.
