Supported Housing Officer
Supported Housing Officer required to join a small team. The client group is the young homeless with low to medium support needs. For this role it is essential that you have a through understanding of supporting people and the criteria organisations are measured against. The role is both managing the support needs of the clients and also tenancy management, so you will need to have a working knowledge of voids, repairs and rent arrears. It is essential that you know how housing benefits works and what to do with associated paper work.
This is a permanent role and you must have a current CRB
