Housing Officer
Our client requires a Housing Officer to manage a patch of 550 properties across 2 estates, both easily accesible by public transport. You will be managing all tenancy matters from voids, repair issue, ASB and rent arrears. The role is temporary for a period of 2 months with a poosibility of it being extended.
