Business Analyst

Supporting the CEO and COO of this prestigious West End property firm, you'll provide a full range of support in financial, economic and statistical analyses on operational and strategic issues.
Essential requirements for this Business Analyst role include:
Experience working in an analytical role within a corporate environment
Preferably Real Estate experience / strong understanding of property firm economics
Pref MBA qualified
Broad understanding of finance issues
Experience handling complex and high level business analyses and evaluations
Experience of drafting and presenting at senior level
Strong project management skills
Highly IT literate, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Language skills in either French, Spanish or German a bonus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Key areas of responsibility within this Business Analyst opportunity include:
Analysis of corporate acquisition targets
Assembling business cases for corporate acquisitions
Co-ordinating strategic papers for board meetings and events
Supporting the CEO and COO on various efficiency initiatives
Providing analysis, draft reports and policies on a wide range of operational and financial issues
Co-ordinating management issues
Advising functional groups on organisational and change issues
Advising on communications
