Director within trade Finace Africa

Purpose:
1. To achieve revenue/income target through providing trade finance solutions to the existing and new banks relations in EMEA, especially in Africa, followed by Middle East
2. To develop strategies in discussion with GH of FITF-G through identifying market trends and clients requirement with putting emphasis on primary trade finance business in Africa, Middle East

Knowledge & Skills:
Essential
? Industry/market knowledge of the coverage area (Africa, Middle East)
? Marketing skill to access and develop relationship with key trade finance clients
? Technical knowledge to structure schemes and organize transactions, deliver solutions in FI trade finance arena
? Skill to analyze underlining risks and mitigate risks to the Bank's satisfaction
? Capability to develop strategies in FI trade finance arena
? Communication skill internally and externally
? Computer literacy
? Other Technical Skills/Knowledge:
(1) Knowledge of syndicated loans
(2) Product knowledge in trade finance, i.e. L/C, buyers credit, pre-export finance, etc.
(3) Knowledge of the Bank's internal rules and procedures
(4) Credit analysis knowledge
(5) Legal/documentation knowledge

Desirable
? Monitoring/Risk Management knowledge of Structured Trade Finance and Commodity Finance
? Exit/Disposal skill of secured commodities in market
? French language
