corporate finance AD
This growing and expanding Japanese bank are looking to recruit for an AD within there Corporate Finance Division.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
To undertake Administration and monitoring activities of the department including Asian Coordination Group and provide basic credit analysis and marketing support.
1 Credit monitoring & administration ? including monitoring/ internal reporting in accordance with the Bank's procedures, (e.g. Problem loans reporting, inspection audit requirements, etc)
2 Assist marketing and monitoring activities of the Asian coordination group including business trip preparation.
3 Prepare credit reports/ analysis for amendment & renewal credit application.
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
? Administration / marketing support skills within banking environment
? Corporate Credit Analysis at introductory level (including financial spreadsheets/accounting knowledge, basic cashflow analysis/modelling skills)
? Computer Literacy
? Time Management, Initiative & Flexibility
? Team-working and Communication skills
Desirable
? Knowledge of bilateral & syndicated loans and their associated products together with the supporting documentation including legal agreements
Adaptability
? A requirement to respond to changing priorities within the role
? Ability to deputise on other roles
? Adapting to changing business strategy
? Implement changing systems or procedures
Qualifications and Training
Essential
Minimum 2 'A' Levels or equivalent
Desirable
Degree qualification and/or Banking, ACT or similar professional qualification (including part completed)
