Purpose:
? Support marketing activities, produce and administer required application for cash management products and relevant banking products
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Customer Support for cash management products and relevant banking products
- Provide high-quality customer support of daily enquiries from Japanese Corporate customers as well as cash management customers of CFD's.
? Document Control for cash management products and relevant banking products
- Prepare necessary documents for cash management products as well as any other relevant banking products such as account opening.
- Enhance smooth workflow to ensure that all registration and sets up are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist setting up new procedures as necessary to continuously improves the level of customer service.
? Marketing Support such as preparation for marketing documents
? Team Support
- Assist Directors and Executive to perform all above areas
? Any other ad-hoc job tasks, such as preparations for FSA inspections

Essential
? Japanese language Skills (Verbal)
? Administration/marketing support skills within banking environment
? Computer Literacy in Word, Excel & Lotus Notes
? Strong Time management & Prioritisation Skills
? Strong Team working skills
? Strong Communications skills written and verbal
Desirable
? Strong Customer Service Background
? Product Knowledge of Loans, Deposits, FX, and remittances, settlements as well as Cash management products.
? Knowledge of business activities of Japanese companies?
