Associate Director Prjoect Finance - Middle office
Purpose:
1) Manage a diverse portfolio of project finance assets (monitor, review and maintain from drawdown)
2) Develop relationships with individuals within key internal departments and also the agency departments of other banks
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1) Short/Medium Term (on-going)
?« Careful and methodical assessment of amendment/waiver requests
?« Preparation of credit reports in order to provide management with periodic updates of project status, performance and developments
?« Active management of NPLs including appraisal of exit options
?« Active interface with ECD, CRMD, ETD, CRDE and LAD
2) Long Term
?« Develop and maintain good geographical and sector knowledge
?« Raise profile of the team in the market
Experience:
Essential
?« At least 5 years banking experience
?« At least 3 years project finance experience in the pan EMEA market
?« Demonstrable ability in managing a diverse portfolio of assets
Qualifications and Training:
Desirable
?« Degree / Tertiary level qualification
?« SFA registration
