Salary £27,000 - £32,000 plus benefits and bonus
My client are a well respected national financial services group who provide pension solutions to corporate clients including a third party administration service. A senior opening has recently come up within their busy TPA team, providing a full service to large corporate pension schemes. These are a mixture of DB, DC and Hybrid arrangements. The main responsibilities of the team are maintaining and updating member records, processing new members, refunds and leavers as well a managing all transfers both in and out of schemes. You will take responsibility for work load allocation, ensuring SLA's are met, providing technical support and training, dealing with complex and important clients, and taking on personnel management such as performance reviews.
To be able to fulfil this role candidates must be able to demonstrate previous, solid and recent experience of administration of preferably both final salary and money purchase pension schemes (although just DB or DC will be considered), this could be from an in-house, TPA or consultancy background. You must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Due to the technical nature of this role you will also need to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to successfully meet deadlines. Candidates who have already had some exposure to management or supervision will be at an advantage.
