This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer to join a leading UK Financial Services group company within their Training team. With specific responsibility for the design and delivery of sales training to their medical insurance division, you will be a key part of the training team. You will deliver the majority of the sales courses, from new business and account management, through to management development courses and telephone sales.
To be successful in this role, you should have had at least two years experience delivering and designing training courses within a target focussed environment and have the ability to work closely with staff at all levels. Excellent communication skills are a must as is the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals and scenarios.
