Salary: £45-90,000 with an OTE of up to £250,000
My client is a National & Internationally known brand name with 50 offices globally and is actively working with the FTSE top 500 companies in the UK. They are now continuing the growth of their new executive brand & seeking experienced search & selection consultants to join their team.
Ideally you should have 2 years experience of working for a search and selection in any sector, winning & executing retained assignments. You should have excellent communication skills with an articulate approach.
In return my client offers an excellent basic salary between £45-90,000 which will reflect your experience, an OTE to £250,000 plus an excellent range of benefits.
