Our client is currently looking to recruit a tenacious, driven Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team of experienced consultants. If you have previous recruitment or business to business sales experience then they have the training, resources and market reputation to enable you to fully realise your potential. Every Recruitment Consultant receives comprehensive induction training, regardless of their background or experience, and further training in the form of workshops and advanced courses throughout their career with this company. Your personal development and progression are critical which will explain why 95% of management appointments have been internal.

The role: You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market, using professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates.
Your role will be extremely varied and will include:
? Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
? Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity
? Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients
? Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job
