Sales, Purchase Order & Freight Administrator (Watf
Electrical Component / Machinery Company, with bright modern offices requires a competent and efficient Sales/Purchase Order Processor with a high level of accuracy working with Alpha Numeric product descriptions and engineering terminology.
Applicants must have good computer skills in Word and Excel together with good numeracy ability.
The work will involve:
? Sales Order Processing and Progressing
? Purchase Order Processing and Progressing
? Checking Factory Acknowledgements
? Chasing late deliveries and advising customers if any deliveries will be later than scheduled
? Checking Outgoing Invoices to Customers
? Organising and Monitoring Freight and Carriage with Freight and Courier Providers
? Liaising with Factories and Customers by telephone, fax and e-mail requiring good communication skills
Hours: 08.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Four weeks holiday (some to be taken during Christmas closure)
Pension Scheme available
Salary £18,000 to £20,000
