Are you a skilled administrator who enjoys a busy and varied role? If so, then here is the job for you. One of the UK's top 20 business and IT consultancies is looking for an administrator to provide support to one of their teams. In this role you will, format CVs, prepare and issue contracts, manage client and contact filing systems, research and contact potential consultants, and arrange interviews for consultant. Along with these duties, you will compile and bind proposal documents, draft letters, and photocopy and fax documents. Ad hoc reception duties will take place when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a degree level of education (or equivalent), along with previous admin experience. The client is looking for a practical candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flexible attitude, the ability to use their own initiative and work well under pressure. Proficiency is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is a must, PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY RESPOND TO CANDIDATES THAT MEET THESE RECRUITING CRITERIA.
