Senior Administrator
Senior Administrator needed for a top Accountancy firm to ensure the smooth running of a busy department. As Senior Administrator your key duties will include:
- General Administration
- Assisting and covering for the Operations Manager in absence
- Maintaining HR files, authorising staff holiday, sickness and training requests
- Ensuring all new starters / leavers follow correct procedure and organise equipment as necessary, also assisting with the induction of new starters
- Organising secretarial cover
- Organisation of group meetings, training sessions, away days, etc.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the groups Business Continuity Plan
- Assisting in the organisation of all office moves
- Assisting the maintenance of the groups intranet site
- Diary Management for the Operations Manager
- Ensuring all staff listings are up to date
- Occasional overflow typing
- Management of one off projects as and when they arise.
Key Skills:
The Senior Administrator will have previous experience a similar role working within a Professional Services environment. As Senior Administrator you will have strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. You must be self motivated with a pro-active approach to work and an ability to work on your own initiative. The Senior Administrator will have strong IT skills, with fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50wpm).
