Import Accounts


Our client based in Upminster, Essex are looking to recruit a Import Accounts Assistant to work within their Import Department.

Duties
Comply with the Company's trading standards and conditions, including
agreed accounting and credit control processes.
Daily registration of supplier invoices and allocation to job by matching with system estimates.
Daily issuance of sales invoices.
Check for unallocated purchase invoices on a regular basis and ensure they have all been queried.
Send out Customer Credit Reference Requests, where applicable, and gather replies.
Assist with filing and archiving job files/boxes.
Assist in the general management and upkeep of paperwork and processes.
Sorting and processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
End of month profit and loss reconciliation.

Hours 9 am - 5pm
