Our Client is a leading property investment firm based in the City. Due to continued growth in the value of land, property development and indeed the UK Governments own targets for new build growth, our client has carved out a niche market that is available to investors of all sizes. Through continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a graduate telemarketer to join their expanding team
As a telemarketer you will be responsible for lead generation through selling our client's portfolio of available investments direct to end users. Working from a qualified database you will seek to maximise lead generation opportunities for investment and ROI for investors at all levels. This is a target orientated role that comes with full training and fast track career progression that leads to unlimited earning potential.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and posses a minimum of 3 months sales experience. You will be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation to further your career. You will have excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self motivation and excellent time management skills as you will be juggling various tasks at any one time.
The successful candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 12k with an uncapped OTE of 20k in the first year + additional benefits. 2nd year OTE will exceed 50k.
