This privately owned IT recruitment consultancy specialises in both and permanent and contract placements, and has a total of 80 employees - 50 are billing Consultants. Company incentives are really good including first-class trips abroad for all the company to destinations like Las Vegas and Miami. They also offer extensive training programmes, both internal and external, tailored to individual's specific needs. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is exciting, challenging and rewarding. The industry, particularly within IT, is tremendously fast paced, demanding and diverse, with no two days ever being the same.
For this role you'll need to be motivated to get into recruitment and have a really driven and money-motivated attitude. This role is all cold calling, generating vacancies for the consultants to work on. Once you have generated two vacancies that a consultant has placed, you will be promoted to trainee consultant. This is a total business development role, so you have to prepared to be on the phones all day ? therefore ideally you're from a telesales background.
