This is a small but successful company that earns more revenue than any other office in their region. A lean fighting machine that is growing, they pride themselves on their honest and direct approach for clients - they really try to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Their clients range from SMEs and smaller organisations to big blue-chip companies, and as they grow they need an additional Resourcer/Trainee Consultant. The sales office has an animated and noisy team, making it an exciting and friendly environment.
They are looking for someone with a keen, salesy attitude. Ideally a graduate or of graduate calibre, you're from a sales background like telesales or a related environment. As a Resourcer you will search for candidates with the correct skills to meet job requirements, so you'll need a highly professional approach. There will be targets to guide your progress but not to dictate to you.
