TRAINEE CONSULTANT - Building Services

TRAINEE CONSULTANT - Building Services
£16,000 - £19,000 + OTE

Our client specialises in the recruitment of Building Services Engineers, Facilities Management and Support Staff. The company formed in 1999 and since then has placed hundreds of candidates and temporary contract staff into positions for their wide-ranging clients from small specialist companies to large facilities management providers. The company's philosophy is built on one thing, industry knowledge. They pride themselves on understanding the industries that they work in. Most of the consultants have had previous experience working in the industries that they now recruit for. They take great care in listening to their clients and candidates and believe that, consequently their "hit rate" is better than most.

You MUST have sales experience - relevant experience such as business-to-business or telesales; you MUST be polished and have excellent communication skills - someone who is used to dealing with high-level personnel. You will be servicing existing clients and candidates, able to hit the ground running. You will be placing project engineers, head of facilities on £100K, installation projects engineers, project managers etc.
