Ambient Food and Drinks Buyer
A national restaurant chain with over 300 branches and multiple brands is seeking an ambient food and beverage buyer to be based in their central London head office. Reporting to the Buying Director you will enjoy working as both a member of a team and autonomously and the role will involve a certain amount of UK travel as you would expect. You will be driving negotiations and seeking the best prices for the chain whilst maintaining quality and their ethical sourcing values. The successful candidate will possess food and beverage purchasing experience within the Food Service Sector, Retail or Wholesale and ideally working with multiple brands.
