Support Analyst


Support Analyst required for a leading financial service client. Immediate 6 month contract due to busy work schedule. Skills in the following required

Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/Desktop/Desktop Apps
Knowledge of Active Directory and SMS environments
Knowledge of Windows Scripting
Citrix Server Farm, basic admin skills
Exchange 2000, Basic admin skills
Good troubleshooting skills
Remedy software
Blackberry
Previous experience in a financial environment would be beneficial
ITIL awareness or foundation certificated

Personal Qualities
Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
Confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
Team player
Client facing, may be required to meet with client to enable technical engagement
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English.
Be able to cover between 8am-6pm, and work outside these hours as required.
Follow documented approaches and create technical and process documentation as required.
