Service Administrator


This huge, global organisation provides support services to businesses worldwide through a thorough understanding of how their clients' businesses work so they can deliver strategic, operational and technical solutions to meet their needs. This interesting career role as Service Delivery Support Assistant is primarily an administrative role as well as ensuring the Staff Management Information system is kept up-to-date. This role would suit a good communicator with office experience within a customer service environment, who is process orientated with good attention to detail. Hours 9am-5pm.

Essential requirements for this Admin Assistant role include:

A' level education or similar
Admin experience within a customer focused role
Good Word and Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and process orientated
Complex problem solving skills
Good time management and proactive approach

Key responsibilities within this Admin Assistant role include:

Maintaining management information systems
Managing and collating timesheet information
Generating reports from the MIS
Managing holiday requests and managing attendance admin
