Commis Chef

Commis Chef is being sought by a very traditional style private members club in the heart of London.

To apply applicants must have experience of working in a quality hotel or restaurant environment and be passionate about building a career in the kitchen.

The position will be based in the main kitchen and will be either working on the Larder or Sauce section. The shifts are based on working 5 days out of 7 and will involve 2 splits a week.
