Junior Sous Chef
My client, a Four star deluxe hotel based in the heart of London is looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join their brigade.
Reporting straight into the head chef the duties include playing a very hands on role in the kitchen, being responsible for the running of the brigade of 12 chefs in the absence of the Head Chef.
They are looking for either an experienced Junior Sous Chef, or a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for the next step.
There is one kitchen which looks after a 60 cover a-la-carte restaurant, banqueting, lounge and room service menu, and they have a small brigade so would suit a hands on Senior chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
