£11 per hour

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! As part of the Contracts Team, you will assist the Manager of this International Communications organisation where your 'attention to detail' will be much in demand. Initially starting in a temporary capacity, a permanent offer of employment is envisaged within three months. Providing admin support throughout the sales contract process, you will be trained to issue agreements and service orders to clients in Europe, African and the Middle East. Working to deadlines, you will also handle confidential information, prepare reports, update the database and maintain all contract details.

Proven administrative experience and confident MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential for this role. A professional approach, confident communication skills are also needed, along with the ability to work unsupervised. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY RESPOND TO CANDIDATES WHO
