Post/Filing Assistant


Our client a large and successful Insurance firm based in the Docklands is seeking a Post/Filing Assistant to join their busy & fast paced team. Duties to include open incoming post, collect post for despatch, special deliveries, arranging couriers, filing documents, sorting/archiving/collecting documents and ad hoc admin duties. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a filing/post environment, have good IT skills, good communication skills, must be a team player & must have the ability to multi task.
