Bookkeeper, Financial Admin, Accounts Assistant
Lovely small, friendly, family firm based in the heart of Mayfair have a gem of a Finance Admin / Office Manager vacancy available for an experienced Bookkeeper, preferably with some payroll knowledge, to report to the Finance Director of this relaxed and sociable Investment firm. This position has four main areas of responsibility: bookkeeping and accounts, payroll and HR, company secretarial and office management. Lots of opportunity to make this job your own and take on additional projects! Hours 9am ? 5pm.
Key responsibilities within this Financial Admin role include:
Preparing cheques for signing
Issuing sales invoices
Banking cheques received
Assisting with preparing monthly accounts
Preparing two small charity accounts
Assisting with the preparation of private individuals' Tax Returns
Reviewing offshore Trust accounts
Reclaiming expenses
Running the small monthly payroll on IRIS
Raising recharge invoices
Preparing and filing online tax year end forms P35, P60, P11D
Recording staff holidays
Keeping up-to-date with general HR legislation
Preparing and submitting online Annual Returns to Companies House
Office management responsibilities
