Administration Assistant


Our client based in London E3 are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to cover maternity.

You will be required to provide secretarial / admin support to the Office Manager and assist in general day to day office duties including liaising with suppliers, placing orders, checking orders against invoices and delivery notes, taking and relaying messages, ordering stationary and typing of orders and quotes.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, accurate typing speed of 40wpm and previous experience within a similar role.

This is a maternity cover, minimum of 9 months. Hours 9am - 5pm.
