River Habitat, one of the most established real estate brokers in Canary Wharf is spreading its wings. We are looking for extremely ambitious winners with a desire to create wealth for themselves in an extremely satisfying environment.
Our Systems, Tools and Human Resources have all been set up to provide you with everything to succeed with your own home business. Similar to Canada, the United States and Australia you run your own property business under our banner.
Of Special Interest are professionals who might have left their jobs and are looking to return to the workforce. Typical Successful Brokers have had previous experience in the following industries:- Car Sales, Direct Marketing Sales, Time-Share Sales, Travel Agents and Lecturers.
Chosen contenders will be put through an intensive, part-subsidised, seven day boot camp (week evenings and weekends, run over two weeks) to provide you with education, systems and 'people know how' so that you can make your mark right away. The course is follwed by a rotational programme to familiarise you with our business, office and support systems.
Winning real estate agents regularly participate in advanced sales and negotiating techniques trainings to build their businesses.
Our top earning broker earns on average 10,000pm, he came through the boot camp in June 2006. Our second top earner made about 65,780 for himself in the most recent financial year.

After the info session if you meet our requirements we will invite you onto our next Bootcamp training.
It is necessary that individuals are first vetted before we entertain anyone joining our training and becoming a part of our growing brokerage system. We are looking for individuals who are hungry for success and are prepared to outperform our current top earners.
The training is part-subsidised, meaning that River Habitat pays for half of the training for successful applicants, the other half is to be settled by applicants in full before completing the training. Your training fee also counts towards your set-up costs in order to operate within our business system.
Part of the training is completed by the Letting Training Centre, which is certified and counts towards a BTEC dimploma.
Applicants who successfully complete the boot camp then proceed to a rotational (hands-on) training programme (already paid-for in the set-up costs). Once applicants have completed both trainings they undergo an intensive examination before being invited to take out a license with River Habitat, to continue their building a successful career in property.
