Live in Carer for post stroke 80yr old Lady

English speaking live in carer required for 80 year old Lady who lives with her 78 year old husband in Bayswater.

They are both very intelligent, love music, and have a great sense of humour, She is recovering from a stroke, and has been in rehab for two months, we hope she will return home at beginning of September, but she has limited mobility, no use of her left leg, little use of her left arm and hand. She is making good progress and can tranfer.

My Mother requires an intelligent, kind, tidy, mature person who can Drive, dress her and assist her with personal care.

My Father is 78 and is the latter stages of Parkinson's, he has a live in carer, who I am looking for someone to alternate with.

I am not looking for one person to cope with both my parents, you will be part of a team!

Accommodation and meals will be provided. There is a housekeeper/Cook, so there are no cooking or cleaning duties

Any applicant will need to be reliable and trustworthy, able to accept responsibility, professional, discreet and conscientious, able to work on their own and work with initiative as required. Most importantly any applicant must be sociable and easy going.

Candidates will need excellent references and experience in a similar position and above all they must speak very good English to be able to understand given instructions.

Regular week/weekend breaks from relief carer available by agreement.

Previous caring experience essential. Driver Essential.
