Website Cleanup/ Template Tart-Up Required- 200 Paid

I need someone to add a professional touch to a website that I developed myself. The website was created to demonstrate a new business idea to potential investors. I need it to look visually more appealing prior to my presentation.

The job involves 2 key pieces of work:
1) Clean up the HTML source code... i.e. I've used another company's source code as the basis for mine, I'd like to remove all trace of that from my website.
2) Make my website visually more appealing by creating a better looking base template (i.e. adding in graphics etc) and/or smoothing the edges on the existing ones. There are a total of 7 templates, currently feeding 23 pages.

The website does not need flash, video, sound etc.
