Technical Support Representative
Our client in the automation support industry is currently looking to hire a Technical Customer Service Support representative. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of SAP, excellent customer service skills, accurate order entry applications and part creations, and the ability to supply quotations to customers. Any knowledge of electrical sensors and motion control is a definite asset.
Post Secondary Diploma is mandatory. 2-3 years responsible, customer service experience required. Skills: Knowledge of office procedures, time management and procedures, including business correspondence, recordkeeping, and filing systems/equipment. Knowledge of MS Office; strong oral and written communication skills excellent phone etiquette; able to work with minimum supervision; able to multi-task, sets priorities; meets deadlines. Good working knowledge of SAP.
