Details of role:
Headshift are looking for an adaptable, professional, and enthusiastic systems administrator to help keep our internal and external systems happy and healthy.
The role will involve two main areas of work:
1. Setting up and managing hosting for client projects, keeping servers happy and serving
2. Providing hosting advice to internal project teams, including the management of development and testing servers as well as other internal systems

About the ideal Candidate
Experience:
You'll be someone who is comfortable ranging across a mix of technologies - from Linux to Windows 2003 Server, with an occasional detour into the land of OS X. Shell scripting, server monitoring, Apache and Tomcat configuration should be bread and butter for you, and bonus points will be awarded for experience with the likes of MySQL, PHP, Rails, Subversion, Linux Virtual Server, Confluence, MovableType and Wordpress. We expect you to have good communication skills, have a logical approach to problem solving, and be meticulous about documentation.
