Details of role:
Arguably the most exciting company to work for in the web 2.0 space currently. We have just closed our first round of funding with Benchmark Capital (eBay backers) enabling us to develop our platform and turbo charge our sales and marketing activities.

This individual will spend most of the time penetrating major accounts and around a third of the time identifying, hiring, managing and mentoring a growing sales team. Initially focusing on the UK, you will be showing C level execs and hiring managers of large commercial and government organisations why we are the future of recruiting and winning sizable contracts.

Full renumeration details
Base salary: 60,000 to 70,000
Bonuses and package benefits: c100,000 OTE

About the ideal Candidate
Experience:
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional or general manager with a strong sales bias who can demonstrate a proven track record of selling to major accounts in a creative way. This individual also needs to be able to demonstrate that they can effectively lead a sales team to deliver successfully against targets. It would be preferable if the individual had a keen understanding of the dynamics of the web 2.0 / internet and recruitment space

Sales, Major Accounts, Management

New business - Major Accounts - Leader - Mentor - Organised - Professional

Personality:
Leader - Inspirational - Charismatic but no Egos please

Top 3 qualities in order of importance:
1) Proven sales management background
2) Major accounts sales background
