The successful candidate will:

oSpearhead our new business efforts in Germany
oOnce accounts are won, deliver high-quality customer service
oSuccessfully resolve customer issues
oHave responsibility for retention and developing our key accounts in the German market
oBe able to give feedback on how to improve our German business

Qualifications for this role:

oPrevious and proven sales skills
oExcellent customer interaction skills (phone and e-mail)
oFluent German and English
oAbility to learn software technologies and systems used at NexTag
oAbility to work effectively with other departments
oBe familiar and interested in the internet
