Preferred Qualifications
2 + years experience in web development
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX as well as other web
development/production tools.
Experience with PHP, ASP, JSP, .NET, Perl and MS SQL preferred.
Solid understanding and working knowledge of SEO techniques and trends.
Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and
ImageReady.
Strong understanding of best practices in Web Development for retail eCommerce sites: cookies, cross-browser design, redirects and other common web technology concepts.
Knowledge of the online retail environment through prior experience in Web Development.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex technical issues in database-driven environments.
Solid foundation of user experience and usable interface design fundamentals.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must!
