The Senior Technical Trainer is responsible for working with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs to internal and external audiences on Riverbed Technology's award winning products.

Location: San Francisco UK London

Responsibilities include:
Working with customers/partners, as well as technical and non-technical subject matter experts to determine training needs, develop curriculum and materials, and deliver training to both technical and sales audiences
Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure successful implementation and coordination of new training materials
Communicate technical and process content in simple, concise written and verbal form
50% travel will be required
Qualifications:
BA/BS, or the equivalent experience.
Strong background on Networking products
Knowledge of TCP/IP
Knowledge of WAN accelerators helpful but not required
Knowledge of UNIX helpful but not required
3+ years developing and delivering technical training programs
Experience in curriculum development
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Highly organized and motivated, with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
Work independently, while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
Technical competence in Networking and/or Storage technologies
